Services Offered

Appointments are individualized and may include a combination of treatments within a single session, selected based on your needs at the time of your visit. This approach allows treatment to be responsive rather than fixed, so different techniques can be used together to address pain, support circulation, calm the nervous system, and encourage the body’s natural healing processes in a more complete and integrated way.

The fee is $100 for the 90-minute initial appointment and $100 for one-hour follow-up treatments. A $10 discount is available for veterans, students, and seniors (65+). Direct billing is available for some insurance companies. Payment can be made by debit, credit, cash, e-transfer, or cheque.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture uses very fine, sterile needles inserted into specific points on the body to support balance within the nervous and energetic systems. It may help reduce pain, ease stress, improve sleep, and support overall physical and emotional wellbeing. Treatments are gentle and tailored to each individual.

Acupressure

Acupressure uses gentle pressure applied with the hands instead of needles to stimulate acupuncture points. It is a suitable option for those who prefer a needle-free approach and is used to encourage relaxation, relieve tension, and support the body’s natural healing processes.

Hot Stone Massage

Hot stone massage uses smooth, heated stones placed and gently moved over the body to promote relaxation and improve circulation. The warmth helps ease muscle tension, calm the nervous system, and support deep physical relaxation.

Homeopathy

Homeopathy is a system of natural medicine that uses highly diluted remedies selected based on individual symptom patterns. It follows the principle of “like supports like” and is used to gently stimulate the body’s natural ability to restore balance.

Gua Sha

Gua sha involves the gentle scraping of the skin with a smooth tool to help release muscle tension and improve circulation. It is commonly used for tight muscles, pain relief, and promoting the movement of stagnation in the body.

Cupping

Cupping uses suction cups placed on the skin to encourage circulation, reduce muscle tension, and support the flow of energy and fluids in the body. Marks may appear temporarily and are a normal response to treatment.

Moxibustion

Moxibustion involves the gentle warming of acupuncture points using dried mugwort (moxa). This therapy is traditionally used to support circulation, ease pain, and provide warmth to areas of deficiency or stagnation.

AcuGraph

AcuGraph is a non-invasive digital assessment tool that measures electrical conductivity at acupuncture points. It is used as a supportive diagnostic aid to help visualize meridian balance and guide treatment planning. Learn more here.

Electroacupuncture

Electroacupuncture applies a mild electrical stimulation to acupuncture needles once they are placed. This enhances the stimulation of acupuncture points and is often used for pain relief, muscle tension, and chronic conditions.

Scalar Wave Laser

Scalar wave laser therapy is a non-invasive treatment that uses low-level laser energy to support tissue healing, reduce inflammation, and promote cellular repair. It is gentle and does not involve heat or discomfort.
